- HR Transformation Strategy & Planning - Develop the roadmap for HR transformation, including the priorities, business cases and the future solution
- HR Operating Model and Organization Design - Bring fresh thinking to the services HR delivers and how. This is key to continued improvement in HR efficiency, service quality and governance
- HR Shared Services & Outsourcing - Establish shared services as a viable long term solution for organizations that have the scale and capability to continuously optimize, operate and manage the quality of core HR processes. Use outsourcing to alter the cost structure, improve service quality, and enable HR to respond more quickly to business changes
- HR Technology - Leverage technology to support HR service strategy. Integrating HR technology strategy with the company's broader technology strategy

Consultant- Human Capital- HR Transformation- Consulting
Roles and Responsibilities
A Consultant at Deloitte is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
- Helping client teams to solve client issues by gathering required data, performing suitable analysis, and providing inputs to recommendations
- Supporting development of work plans for components of client engagements
- Participating in and supporting the delivery of defined project objectives
- Managing allotted workstreams in client projects and producing high quality deliverables
- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the problem for client organization
- Interviewing the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops
- Conducting analysis and present/ report findings
- Preparing business proposals and presentations
- Collaborating with others to share ideas and develop solutions
- Creating frameworks that support client focused engagements
- Defining activities to support change and transition initiatives
Eligibility criteria and requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment
- Post graduate degree in HR or equivalent
- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations
