Work you- ll do The Leadership Development team combines a flexible set of performance improvement interventions, courses, experiences, coaching opportunities and toolkits to support our professionals- growth, on-the-job, or when needed across the stages of their career at Deloitte. As part of leader development, the team designs, develops and delivers Milestone programs to thousands of cross-functional learners at all levels: - Own Leader Development (LD) programs for specific levels and profiles. Ensure progress and coverage of these programs as established in discussion with key stakeholders - Design program content in consultation with business/internal clients on key LD competencies. - Collaborate and work closely with external vendors and business schools to bring in appropriate programs and SMEs for development of our professionals - Design and implement projects or initiatives that will improve Leader Development program's engagement with participants, applicability and recall factor of content, and determine effectiveness/RoI of LD programs - Lead the branding and communication of Leader Development programs in the firm. - Define processes and guidelines for seamless and system driven program delivery - to manage scale, variations, and experiences The team In our US India offices, the Talent Development team takes care of New Hire Orientation, Mandatory Training, Milestone Programs, Technical and Functional Training, Professional Skills Training, Manager and Leadership Development, Coaching Programs, and Continuing Professional Education. The team also provides customized learning solutions to address the unique requirements of our service areas and service lines. The team supports capability development, professional networking, and career progression for the region's professionals through these programs. Qualifications Education: Master's degree Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience Skills: - Post graduate degree in management or behavioral psychology - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in L&D or OD - Possess analytical and problem-solving skills - Should have attention to details. - Knowledge of MS office. - Should have good communication skills both written and verbal.
