Dell - Technical Training Manager - Enterprise Sales

We currently have a Training Manager position. The role is truly dynamic supporting the Enterprise Sales team (Storage, Networking & Servers). Please review the main responsibilities of the role & revert to us with your interest:-

Collaboration with senior management to develop strategic training plans aligned to go-to-market strategies (GTM).

Deliver standard global and localized training programs

Directs the activities of internal training

Oversees the planning of course design, delivery, and support documentation.

Ensures training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives

Maintains communication with internal and/or external customers to ensure effectiveness of training

Manages the coordination of the staffing and scheduling of training.

Work Location: Bangalore

Reporting to the APJ Training Delivery Director

Managing a team of 13 to 15 members
