As Talent Acquisition Analyst you would be responsible for fulfilling the talent need to drive Dell's aggressive growth strategy specifically working with our Contact Center, Global Financial Services, Global Analytics & Supports teams. This is an Individual Contributor role and would involve full lifecycle recruiting and also managing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the talent community.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the full talent acquisition life-cycle by performing the following duties: sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, and offer.
- Provide exemplary experience to hiring managers and candidates.
- Deliver comprehensive candidate pools through aggressive sourcing channels including, but not limited to, research (internal/external), networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, social media, employee referrals and competitor contacts
- Deliver year-over-year performance improvement against core metrics that drive optimum recruiting execution including: quality of hire, cost-per-hire, agency usage, quality scores etc.
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of talent acquisition services offered and positively impact core talent acquisition metrics including maximizing technology and streamlining processes.
- Graduate with at least 4 - 6 years of experience in talent recruiting or related field. Preferably a Post graduate
- Strong understanding of Human Resources policies preferred
- Proven experience interacting with business. Can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and deadline-driven.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment; recognize and react to changing business needs.
