Field Marketing Sr. Analyst
The role part of the India Consumer Marketing team reporting to the Regional Sales Managers/ Marketing Activation leads for the region. This role is based out of Mumbai looking for the West India region.
Overview:
(S)he needs to have a solid and in-depth understanding of Channels, Retail & Modern Trade marketing activities & business drivers and use this knowledge to develop marketing programs that help field sales teams acquire and grow customers in the assigned markets.
(S)he would handle extensive coordination of communications with partners, channel sales force, and alliance partners to deliver business results.
Broad Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact for regional/local marketing & advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate and understand the marketing requirements in the region with focus on BTL activations.
- Design programs to target opportunities and influence market trends important to segment’s future
- Lead the planning and designing of marketing initiatives in the Region across different channels
- Roll out & drive execution for the CO campaigns
- Ensure global brand guidelines adherence, apart from monitoring the execution of all marketing activities in the region.
Qualifications
- Graduation + MBA with 6+ yrs work experience in Retail / Telecom or IT Hardware industry.
- Strong experience in business negotiations and experienced in partner relationship management.
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing successful regional marketing programs would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including: listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
