Job Description
Drives the intake, development, execution and implementation or enhancements of existing and new Services offerings for SMaC by working with project team and Marketing, PG Teams - define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives. Plan and execute project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members. Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors. Ensures adherence to Dell quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides technical and business process guidance to project teams
Role Responsibilities:-
Business PM various Support and Service Designs for SMaC line of business globally for Dell.
Represent CBS on global core team calls and track
Planning process, document preparation (CBA, charter, schedule, reports), risk identification & mitigation plan, resource management and supervision of business UAT activities and sign off process
Lead e2e project deployment in operations and setting up post deployment sustenance process
Provide subject matter expertise on business process and program delivery.
Qualification
In depth knowledge on SMaC, Service Designs, Pricing, Offers, Warranties user workflows and business process followed in CBS
Strong leadership skills to drive and manage other project managers/stakeholders dedicated to a common project or fewer large/highly complex customer Projects/ Deliverables
Good understanding on Project Management principles and techniques ( PM3)
Proven ability to provide direction to other team members on Policies and Procedures.
Advanced facilitation and communication skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams globally
