I am writing to introduce myself as a member of the Talent Acquisition Team at Dell and we are hiring for Employee and Labor Relations Sr. Advisor at Bangalore.

- Responsible for developing and implementing labor relations strategies to create and maintain an environment that delivers desired business results and supports employee engagement.

- Takes the lead in the development and socialization of union avoidance strategies. Influences all levels of the organization to effectively handle volatile conflict situations that have high organizational impact.

- Involved in the development, planning, implementation and administration of labor/employee relations policies and procedures.

- Audits organization to identify labor/employee relations issues or concerns, and recommends appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues.

- Collaborates with leadership in the development of appropriate labor/employee relations strategies and tactics to drive positive change.

- Drives the implementation of company programs in accordance with legal and local union/employment requirements.

- Manages employee grievance administration process.

- Coaches local HR and leadership in labor relations trends, issues and techniques to promote positive labor relations.

- Partners with local HR team, building local capability to address day-to-day labor/employee issues.

- Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective labor/employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.

- Consults with leadership on labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity, and compensation issues as well as ensure that all human resources practices are compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, labor contracts, and relevant statutes.

- Ensures that local legal requirements are met in terms of labor/employee relations to minimize exposure to liability.

- Manages projects and program execution.

- Adapts projects, programs or methods based on customer or business partner feedback.
