HR - Compensation and Benefits
Salary : 24+ LPA
- Responsible for managing end to end compensation activities for one large or multiple small business units spread across India and across industries.
- Provides consultative advice to HR and Business leadership on an on going basis which helps the Organization achieve its strategic imperatives
- Responsible for program conceptualization, program management of key initiatives cutting across BUs e.g. Market pricing, Mergers and Acquisitions etc.
- Responsible for designing local and global compensation programs and processes which ensure market competitive positioning of the Organization
- Responsible for analyzing pay positions within the organization and recommending corrective actions where required by building strong business cases and negotiating with local and Global leadership
- Responsible for continuously evaluating the organizations compensation practices and structures and ensuring that the Total rewards solutions are market competitive as well as cost competitive for the Businesses

Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience post MBA from Tier I and Tier II B Schools or 8+ years of relevant experience post MBA from other B Schools
