- Analyzes business data, providing assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance
- Designs, develops and implements business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis , Proactively analyzes trends, causes and variances
- Champion process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities
- Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed
- Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyzes data, formulates conclusions and provides summary analysis for leadership Monitors trends and elevates issues due to data variances , Engages end user to determine information requirements, Interfaces with customers to set expectations regarding report availability and SLAs Monitors report and data availabilities and proactively communicates with customers on delayed reports/data sets , Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions, Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters Implements work plans and schedules as assigned Completes tasks and assignments under normal supervision
