Dell - Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

Role Responsibilities :

- Interacting with various business owners to understand the issues and corrective actions

- Responsible for a particular Line of Business (LOB)

- Delivering optimum Analytical Solutions using data, business context, tools & techniques

- Daily and Weekly Reporting of Business Performance. Automation of reports to build efficiency

- Project Management: time management, expectations management, stakeholder management, progress tracking and reporting.

- Driving Programs oriented towards building new capabilities/ infrastructure for better information management

- Should have worked in roles with exposure to pricing/marketing/sales / product analytics. Preferably between 4-6 years of overall experience as a business analyst

- Demonstrated the ability to think creatively and come up with ideas/thoughts for process & business improvement

- Candidate should exhibit the ability to absorb and develop domain knowledge in the hardware industry (Laptop, Desktop, Server, Storage, etc.)

- Good communication skills

- Good presentation skills

- Past exposure to providing analytical solutions and exposure to key analytical tools

- Knowledge of SQL/SAS/Others or strong ability to conceptualize and develop tools with data analysts

- Past experience in High Tech industries

- MBA from a good Management institute preferably with an Engineering background

- Good academic record
