The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Boomi and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

As a Talent Acquisition Sr. Advisor supporting Technical roles, you will own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded. Develops recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and confers job offers. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.

What you will achieve:

1. As the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, work with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes using creative and innovative techniques and tools.

2. Ensures exceptional candidate experience with continued candidate interaction through the time the candidates join the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to on-boarding of the candidate.

3. Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System throughout the talent acquisition process.

4. Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

5. Develop and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates within Boomi's Technical functions.

Essential Requirements

1. 9+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a variety of disciplines; Technical recruiting experience highly preferred

2. 5+ years of strong ATS experience

3. Consultative mindset, process orientation, knowledge of technology industry, and outstanding verbal/written communication skills.

4. Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results

Desirable Requirements

Excellent presentation skills and experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
