Account Executive
Dell requires a Senior Account Executive in its Dell Financial Services (DFS) business unit. The primary focus of the role is to identify and maximize opportunities and revenues for DFS. Your stakeholders internally will be the Site Management and Sales Management team in India. Externally you will be negotiating with customers up to CxO level. Dell is looking for a senior candidate who can work independently and manage complex situations and customer cases.
Role responsibilities :
The Account Executive role works with Dell sales teams in the agreed segments and agrees appropriate strategies, penetration rates, incentives and training requirements in order to drive business growth. It is the Account Executive's responsibility to :
- Increase volume and consequently penetration of leasing in Dell
- Establish credibility in the division and display knowledge and financial expertise with the Dell sales team/management
- Coach, train and develop Dell sales executives and coaches to the standards set by DFS
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business forecasts of performance by DFS & Dell team
- Carrying out all divisional goals including margin, revenue, call behavior etc.
- Manage and control all customer / Dell satisfaction issues in line with company guidelines.
- Provide management information to Management/Sales Manager and agree escalation procedures
