Product Manager - Senior Advisor

- Ability to work openly with many cross-functional teams and stakeholders, staying objective, asking questions, and accurately understanding the business need from the program mgmt. team, and being in a position to establish clear requirement

- Work with the program mgmt. team to understand the needs of the business

- Understands technology, data systems, and how IT systems work together, with a mid/advanced understanding of IT and the software development life cycle works

- Agile background preferred to drive a product backlog

- Ability to write features, understand the story, and how it helps our customers

- Ability to groom features, work with QE, TPM, and Architects to guide the technical requirements, acceptance criterion, and test case guidance

- To understand business needs, processes, and able to interpret a business problem with the program mgmt. team and business stakeholders

- Ability to provide suggestions and have a vision for where the product should go, identify gaps, and how it can support and further enhance the experience by not only addressing the immediate business need, but looking forward from a technology stand point.

- To see the bigger team picture, work cross-functionally, share responsibilities, handle ambiguity, and be able to adapt and learn how to make adjustments for the success of the program.

- Ability to organize, to be more detail oriented, to track variety of actions with documentation, and to manage multi-faceted work-streams.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology

- 5 years or greater in a program, project, or product management role

- 3 years or greater experience in Agile software delivery, or Agile certified with 1 year or greater experience in Agile software delivery

- Bachelor's Degree required, Master Degree preferred in an Engineering or Business related field
