Inside Sales Supervisor
Role Overview :
Manages teams of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for selling Dell products, including personal computers, electronics and accessories, mobility products, services and packaged software. Represents, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies.
- Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
- Directs and supervises a group of Transactional Sales Representatives responsible for taking customer orders via telephone, chat or e- mail.
- Works to resolve customer issues to ensure a world-class customer experience.
Role Responsibilities:

- Entry-level supervisor, understands selling environment and capable of building familiarity with segment and product/service offerings.
- Builds strong team environment.
Candidate requirement :
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Should be open to relocate to Hyderabad
- Understands the sales process and customer segment strategy and is able to effectively manage a sales team.
- Ability to train and develop others.
Educational Qualification : Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
Preferences : 6-8 years of relevant experience
