Dell - Financial Analysis - Services

The Services FP&A team is in need of strong resources to help grow the existing team located in Bangalore.

This team focused primarily on the development of financial reports and other analytic tools in support of the division will perform financial analysis across the entire services spectrum, including multi-dimensional views of revenue and gross margin.

As a member of the team, they will lead the preparation on critical monthly and quarterly review presentations, including the monthly financial review (MFR), consolidated financial review (CFR), and all forms of revenue, margin, and operating expense reports and analysis.

Operating in a complex system environment, the team will be required to bring innovative reporting and data analytics solutions to streamline reporting efforts and drive efficient processes. On an ad-hoc basis, the team will be asked to participate in certain reporting projects that may require collaboration with other finance and operating teams.

Required Skills:

FDM/HPT experience required

Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience in the developing quality executive-level presentations

Proven experience in core financial analytics, including financial statement analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis

Must have a disciplined approach to production of reports, proofing all materials with accuracy

Must be adaptable to a dynamic organization and changing priorities

Experience in an IT or business process services company

Desired Skills: Corporate reporting or planning experience a plus

Work Experience : 5-9 Years

Qualifications : CA/CMA/MBA-Finance
