This position will be responsible for leading a customer-centric product domain using Persona based Customer Journeys that can guide a modern and fast engineering cycle to meet customer needs across a wide range of Digital experiences that can be as simple as an Online self-service purchase to highly collaborative assisted sales journeys.

The ideal candidate will use technical knowledge and industry expertise to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities. We are looking our new experience to be design with Customer feedback loops (Customer metrics) that can drive a data-driven approach to product management to enable engineering teams to work at full velocity with clear site of customer needs.

This position will play a role of subject matter expert to support our Sales and Product organizations in designing new Digital Experiences that can put Dell Technologies enable new Commerce experience for all our customers Personas. This person will need to be able to quickly adapt and respond to customer needs in a very competitive landscape.

The Product Manager needs to have the ability to effectively communicate the vision and customer value proposition, to build partnership with sales, business partners, product partners, and third party vendors. The candidate contributes to product development based on client needs and represents the customer requirements during the development process.

Role Responsibilities:

- Product Ownership of future Online Commercial capabilities supporting Dell's online strategy, including business solution concepts, user stories and other documents

- Define Persona-based and Customer-centric product roadmaps that align to key opportunities and strategic partnerships

- Demonstrate and develop deep e-Commerce domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provide guidance on emerging trends and industry best practices

- Work with internal stakeholders, external customers and users to validate business and customer interests are represented, and that product engineering is aligned on those needs

- Ensure regular and transparent updates to team and Executive management

- Define & Forecast financial impact of Dell's online product decisions

- Understand and represent the Dell's Strategic direction in leading online product decisions

- Consultation as trusted expert advisor role to both internal and external stakeholders, including formal advice, Executive customer presentations, and speaking engagements at industry conferences

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred or previous experience in eCommerce product management plus 8 years of relevant experience

- Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced e-business environment

- Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management

- Advanced functional knowledge of B2B purchasing, ecommerce, and commercial customer needs

Preferences:

- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles

- Experience in projects of global scale

- Experience in an agile development environment
