Base Location : Gurgaon/Bangalore, India

Role Description :

- We are looking for highly talented individuals with a proven track record and strong analytic and senior leadership engagement skills to join the team as a Director in the WW ESG Strategy & Business Development team

- In this role, the candidate will be expected to leverage experience in management consulting and/or business strategy to deliver data-driven, insightful recommendations to Dell's management team in the WW Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG), drive strategic initiatives, support implementation, report back progress and recommend corrective actions to the countries/lines of business

- We are looking exceptional leaders to inspire & lead a team of high caliber management consultants at various levels - Senior Managers, managers, Consultants etc. We solicit candidates who are self-starters & driven, have a results oriented approach and passionate about the Enterprise/Information Technology industry.

- We expect the candidate to demonstrate strong executive-level engagement skills and exceptional change/project management experience (must have led cross-functional teams at senior levels and owned work-streams in the production of critical project deliverables)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the structuring, planning, and execution of the strategic initiatives/ growth - projects. Develop data-driven insights to identify and prioritize growth initiatives; collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure inclusion and data integrity

- Partner with regional, sub-region and country leadership teams to develop Dell ESG multi-year business plans and/or country growth plans

- Ensure stakeholder alignment to the business plan and/or strategic initiatives and interlock with world-wide planning processes

- Lead project teams through complex problems with confidence and clarity of outcomes. Work collaboratively across organizations to help secure commitment for cross-BU efforts

- Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance

- Travel (25-50%, as required) to work on planning/projects, ensure stakeholder alignment and build relationships

Requirements/Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Engineering and an MBA or demonstrable equivalent business degree/diploma; consistently being at the top of the graduating class

- 10+ years post-MBA experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in corporate strategy; 12-14 years of total experience

- Strong analytical, financial modeling and business strategy & planning experience with large multi-national firms, across different geographies and BUs/Functions

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams through complex problems with confidence and clarity of outcomes. Work collaboratively across organizations to help secure commitment for cross-BU efforts
