Job Description:

Looking for an experienced professional who is a data architect and Tableau expert.

Skills Required:

- Experience in Data Analysis and Tableau

- Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture, application design and documenting functional design specification, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data modeling, Data Display systems software, particularly with Tableau Server and/or other presentation software applications

- Strong working experience in data warehousing and business intelligence technologies

- Strong project management, analytical and problem solving experience.

- Effective communication skills and large scale system implementation experience.

What you should have:

- Architectural planning and execution experience in DW and BI Technologies and applications.

- General knowledge of Data modeling, Data Normalization, Filtering, and Migration process

- Ability to create Tableau based BI solutions. Lead and Mentor Tableau developers.

- Ability to understand and integrate Data from Schneider organization, domains, and activities into Business Intelligence tools

- Expert knowledge of Display and consumption systems by end users

- General knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL ETL and SQL Scripting; along with ETL functionality of other Data Management tools

What you will be doing:

- Evaluate near and long-term business need, develop strategy for analytics and work with business and data engineering team to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Collaborate with business users and analyze user requirements.

- Create Tableau based BI solutions and required supporting architecture (e.g., data marts)

- Lead and mentor Tableau developers in information presentation & delivery.

- Designing and implementing analytics to support business management solutions, Executive reporting.

- Design and implement data validation and control processes to ensure high quality data collection and transmission to systems and end users.

- Develop schedules for responding to internal and external data requests, and ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.

- Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective Tableau solutions.

- Delivery of visualizations, dashboards and reports according to requirements

- Providing expertise in Data warehouse construction and engineering, Data source identification and engineering, network connectivity for data feeds, data modeling, character translation, display construction, and dashboard facilities, including the construction of user self-service capabilities

- Drive data display and dashboard user workshops in the data technology expertise domain.

- Lead and support the Regional team with methodologies, tools and technical knowledge; and act as interface to Global Data Systems team and Regional Team.

- Create functional & technical documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions.
