Data Analytics & Visualization Expert for ISG Product Group

Job Requirements

- Work independently and/or with teams to consistently develop and support high-quality analytical solutions to business users

- Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, technical risks, and recommend permanent solutions to issues

- Expert level experience in Tableau and proven track of creating stunning, high quality, consistent, creative Data visualization in Tableau and/or Excel high fidelity on graphical and Visualization best practices

- Hands on experience in Data management esp SQL and familiarity with Data Science topics is a plus e.g. Clustering

- Proven track record of Executive story telling with Data

- Integrate scripts of R/Python to tableau for visualization

- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to user-experience and technical design discussions and processes

- Review and evaluate IT systems/operations to ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory laws and requirements and policies.

Background and Experience

- Should have worked as a Sr. Business analyst / Consultant with a reputed organization, with exposure to Data visualization and Executive data story telling . Past experience in any product marketing function will be well appreciated too. Preferably 8-10 yrs of overall experience as an Analyst / Consultant

- Strong experience (4yrs+) and knowledge developing Tableau solutions including LOD (Level of Detail), expressions and custom calculations.

- SQL development experience (3yrs+) with understanding of relational and multi-dimensional design

- Additional courses in Graphic and Data Visualization - desirable

- Establish good understanding of product Taxonomy and business KPIs

- Research source data and give input to help DBAs structure the best SQL and Excel data source

- Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with all levels of management

- Negotiation and influence stills - the ability to influence others without express authority.

- Demonstrate ability to train and develop skills of others.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate across multiple and varied business areas.

- Demonstrate skills in leadership, strategic thinking, innovation creativity, and project management
