Role Overview
Coordinate and execute marketing and corporate communications activities such as Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Activation, Events, Internal Communications, and all efforts required to effectively represent the organization to both internal and external audiences.
Job Description
- Develop and manage internal communications and executive communications (Ex: newsletters/intranet/emails)
- Concept development and copy writing for critical corporate literature, audio/visual, multimedia and presentation tools
- Develop/manage content and campaigns for social media
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional programs
- Develop and manage branding material and related communication activities
- Manage and coordinate all media requests and enquiries
- Develop and create media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required
- Co- ordinate and manage events as required
Requirements
- Degree or Masters in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subject
- Good command of spoken and written English: creative copy, executive communications and business writing skills
- Experience and Expertise in social media campaigns
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and influential skills
- Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Experience in publications production, marketing and PR activities, and project management are an advantage
- Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing and Communications function in an IT company
