The role will involve working with C&B team at Dell. This role will involve C&B data analytics and program management. In addition to that, this role will focus on implementing Dell's compensation philosophy.
Data Analytics Responsibilities:
- Driving C&B Programs oriented towards process optimization, building new capabilities and C&B Audits
- Reporting using various tools
- Administration and communication of the company's C&B programs.
- Root cause analysis of the C&B problem utilizing existing data and stakeholder inputs
- Automation of reports to build efficiency
- Providing executive updates and ad-hoc data analyses
- Prepare special studies and makes recommendations on both compensation and benefits subjects.
- Ensures adherence to applicable company policies and practices as well as legal and tax regulations.
C&B Responsibilities:
- Involved in developing, modifying and executing all compensation and benefits and other HR programs and policies that affect immediate operations.
- Act as a liaison between compensation and some departments/divisions, certain levels of line and staff management, HR, benefits, legal counsel and outside service providers.
- May establish operational objectives and work plans, and ensure performance against requirements with extended team and potentially senior leadership.
- Provide regular support activity for a large or multiple mid-size client groups, and ensure proper interpretation and application of compensation and benefit policies
