Job Title: Business Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

- Within Global Business Consulting’s team, the Principal Consultant I will support the team by creating proposals, deliverables, IP, sales/marketing collateral development, market research, and other operational tasks to help support and scale up the consulting team globally. Although this role is primarily internal facing, there will be situations where the consultant will gather business requirements, perform analysis, communicate with the clients and Dell teams, understand trends and make recommendations and act as a supporting analyst in delivering consulting projects.

As a Principal Consultant, you will be an integral part of the team that helps deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, large scale PMO, Organizational Change Management and Digital Transformation services to commercial and public sector organizations. Required Skills:

- Analyzes research and trends and organizes for presentation to audiences at multiple internal and external levels.

- Plays a central role in creating IP and sales/marketing collateral for the business consulting organization.

- Support the consulting organization by broadcasting win mailers through different social media and marketing channels

- Applies strong knowledge of industry trends and key issues and challenges facing a customer by providing primary and secondary research data in support of the consulting teams and their deliverables

- Support the team by assisting in proposals/RFP response development, deliverables review, knowledge management/sharepoint support, and invoice preparation

- Applies strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies to internal and external customer engagements.

- Contributes to the development of multiple white papers, and appropriate sales/marketing content for consulting industry conferences and symposiums.

- 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Strong communication (oral and writing) skills

Desired Skills:

- At least 1-3 years of experience in any of the growth markets is a plus and experience working in other countries and cultures.

- Experience working in supporting global consulting organizations

- Knowledge of SMAC programs (Social Media, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud)

- Strong secondary research Skills and craft search strategies to gather relevant information and leverage data from a broad set of resources such as on-line databases (such as TBR, OneSource, Datamonitor, Gartner, Forrester etc.) and the Internet.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Master’s degree from a premier institute is required
