Provide Analytics & Reporting support & leadership with some Project Management to the Global Enterprise Technology Services (GETS) Organization. Organization is responsible for delivery of premium Implementation Services to global enterprise customers, in a high growth opportunity business space. The organization, through significant growth, requires optimization of resources and cost to support the revenue based.
The role is focused on Global Operational and efficiency optimization for Global Implementation Services organization, and requires frequent and direct interface with critical functional business groups inclusive of Services Operation, Services Delivery, Services Finance and others.
Role Responsibilities
- Analytics and reporting to assess, trend and make decisions on demand, operational, quality and LOB specific data / metrics
- Above average analytics, reporting and storyboarding to drive business and technology insight based on pen rate, attach, technology, etc.
- Business Process development on regional level
- Define, support and/or drive process improvements
- Influencing organizational leadership in attaining key metrics in support of strategic financial, operational objectives
- Manage projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality
- Supports Dell tools and systems
- Strong reporting and analytical skillset
- Working Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, six sigma or like methodology
- Good influencing and motivating skillsets
- MS Office suite: Strong Excel and good Powerpoint skills
- Good communications skills: written and verbal
- Good Finance Acumen, Business Acumen skills
- Experience working in virtual work place
