Requirement details:
Work with testing and analytics team to identify & track online KPI, provide actionable insights and recommendation to improve online business performance. Interface regularly with regional / global initiative leaders and provide clear analysis and presentations to stakeholders. Work with regional teams to identify testing/ analytics hypothesis, provide clear analysis/ next steps on tests undertaken.
- Maintain knowledge of the Dell Websites, marketing campaigns and web-analytics programs.
- Understand metrics used in online, learn web analytics tools and the nuances with data in each tool.
- Create measurement, reporting and analysis to track the necessary KPIs. Use analytical methods to interpret and provide insights on online performance.
- Take complete ownership of projects, work with regional/global leads to define next steps and project road map.
- Create processes to learn and interact with regional teams, work closely with DIS team members to take learning from other regions to different regional stakeholders.
- Able to manage complex assignments & projects
- Able to use business knowledge, data knowledge and domain knowledge to provide ongoing business insights
- Craft summary of Recommendations to Management
- Perform quick ad-hoc analyses and communicate key findings to management in a crisp way
- Able to put together thoughts in an executivized format: like learnings on tools, ideas/roadmap etc
- Identify Opportunities for Business Impact & drive these projects to completion
- Total 4+ Years' experience
- Worked as a business analyst in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Consulting
- Candidate should have played a role where he/she has been accountable for delivery within a business area
- Project management skills: Prioritized amongst multiple objectives and demonstrated flexibility during the course of the engagement
- Dealt with multiple stakeholders as part of work delivery, worked in large cross functional teams
Education: PG - MBA from a Premier Institute with an Engineering degree
- Expert level knowledge of general purpose analytics tools & applications such as MS Excel, SAS, MS Access.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Business Objects
- Analytics or any other web-analytics tools
- Strongly analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis.
- High degree of business and financial acumen
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
