Our client is a multinational company headquartered in the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore. It caters to the Research and Analytical needs of retail & pharmaceutical sector across America, Europe/UK, APAC and ANZ regions. .

POSITION : Delivery & Program Manager - DW/BI

EXPERIENCE : 15-22 years

EDUCATION : B.Tech with MBA/B.Tech/Any Graduation

LOCATION : Bangalore

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for end to end deliveries comprising of Scoping, Project & Program Management.

- Developed SOW, estimation, project plan, tracking schedule, risk plan, analyze requirement.

- Monitoring multiple complex projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping.

- Project Execution, project status tracking and reporting. Handling Stakeholder Management.

- Holding review meetings to monitor & tracking progress of the project as per budget.

- Project Management, Estimation and Planning, Stakeholder Expectation Management.

- Creation of SOW, Solution Architecture & Design for project execution, monitoring & control progress.

- An enterprising leader for managing & leading teams for successful delivery of project.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably PMP Certified Professional with over 15 years of experience Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management in fortune 500 MNC, CMMI Level 5 Software Co.

- Experience in BIIM projects for over 10 years with more than 5 years- experience in delivering projects for Retail customers in US.

- Strong understanding of BIIM technologies.

- Experience of working with CPG customers is an added advantage.

- Excellent customer management, presentation and communication skills.

- Added experience in business enhancement with existing customers.

- Experience of managing a team of 50 - 100 members in BIIM projects with hands-on approach.

- Managing development of multiple complex projects in BIIM primarily for US and Europe clients.

- Insightful experience in Project / Delivery management activities including project scoping, SOW, estimation, planning, risk management, resource optimization.

- Stakeholder management across multiple business lines to coordinate system requirement & deliver projects within triple constraints and quality on global delivery models.
