- Total IT experience of minimum 15 years out of which 5 years should be in Delivery Management
- Delivery Management experience of 5 years in development projects (fixed price) and AMS projects is a must
- Project Management experience of 3 years in Fixed Price projects
- Directly managed as Account Delivery Head or Sr DM for multiple accounts with team size of 200 or more
- Delivered projects in sub-verticals/functional domains such as CPG, Retail or Manufacturing
- Core technology experience- Data & Analytics, SAP, .Net, SAP, DW or Custom Development
- Establish and enhance the customer relationship and ensure reference-ability
- Establish Governance of multiple programs/projects in a single or multiple accounts
- Operational Governance excellence across the account
- Provide and drive pre-sales support - internally within Service Lines and with customer teams
- Drive innovations across portfolios to sustain and grow business
- Set-up processes and Governance mechanisms in place to ensure appropriate alerts on projects and programs status are available at any time
- Drive operational efficiencies to ensure alignment to the targets wrt Revenue, Margin and operational overheads
- Preferably have run 1 large account (with multiple portfolios having projects and programs) OR multiple accounts - with a size of more than 200 FTEs and revenue of more than 15mil USD
- Should have the ability to connect at various levels in the customer organization - SVP, VP, Director, Manager, Vendor Management
- Ability to get into the details as needed, come up with the remediation plan, present and collaborate with the customer - with the key driver being ability to turn projects to Green from Red
- Excellent people management skills
- Strategize and outline delivery initiatives to ensure alignment to the Account and IG needs
- Collaborate with Service Lines - from order making to delivery execution
- Work extensively with the Account Management team to ensure growth and reference-ability of the account (s)
