Delivery Manager - WebSphere/Middleware

We have a leadership opportunity for Delivery Manager-Websphere,Middleware with one of our client for Mumbai location.

Job Description:

- Overall experience of 12+ years in IT industry

- Experience in managing large team of 50+ spread across onsite/offshore

- Hands on experience in middle tier architecture (WebSphere / Middleware)

- Project planning, budgeting, governance structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization

- Stakeholder management, risk management, business continuity and compliance - Internal and external audits, data privacy

- Delivery and supervision of team - revenue, gross margin and customer satisfaction

- Review project schedule with customer management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.

- Project staffing - recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for project activities

- Experience in PeopleSoft Admin / Filenet / Livelink will be added advantage
