Experience : 13-15 years testing experience

Job Description:

- For Strategic account delivery 13-15 years testing experience.

- Exp in BFSI domain a must overseas experience is a MUST Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Very good experience of creating proposals and estimating large programs / projects.

- Exposure to Sales / Sales support role is a MUST Exposure to END to End SDLC projects.

- 8 + years in Test Management positions.

- Excellent People management skills Managed 100+ member teams

- Experience managing large and complex programs with multi-party / multi-site interactions

Primary Skills:

- Should have handled large projects teams

- Excellent leader, leads by example, creating high performance teams & motivating them

- Excellent FS background

- Excellent Function Testing experience along with exposure to non functional testing

- Excellent in project communication & reporting

- Excellent in Risk, Issue & Escalation management,

- Should have decent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
