Delivery Manager - Telecom Domain

Job Responsibilities : (Immediate to 15 days joining)

- Develop in-depth understanding of company's products and solutions (OSS/BSS)

- Working successfully with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers at all levels of the organization to project manage multiple customer deployments

- Ensure delivery requirements are understood by the delivery team and customer expectations are documented and met

- Provide regular internal and external project status reports to, and coordinate timely communication with, other parties involved as well as the management

- Project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting & communication to stakeholders

- Resource planning and management, including setting up training and on-boarding new resources.
