Delivery Manager/Tech PM - Loan Management System Implementation

Whom are we looking for?

This project offers an opportunity to join a combined team from a global strategy consulting firm and a leading bank in the Philippines.

The engagement is part of a large retail banking technology transformation program which includes the implementation of a new core banking solution. To support the project team, there is a need for an experienced Delivery Manager with proven experience delivering large scale Temenos Transact implementations for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking.

Role Scope:

- Develop end to end delivery plan in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Temenos, SI vendor etc) and drive execution of the plan

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including bank executives, department heads, Temenos representatives, and third-party vendors. Ensure regular communication and manage expectations effectively.

- Coordinate with Temenos and SI vendor to ensure that their products and services align with project objectives and timelines. Manage contractual agreements and service level expectations

- Tracking overall progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.

- Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions

- Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues etc.

This will be an initial 6 month phase of work with options for further extensions.

The project is run in English and so there is no requirement for local language skills. The client is open to individuals already located in Manilla or those keen to re-locate for this engagement. Visa solutions and sponsorship is available.
