Delivery Manager - Staffing

- Plan & execute the client deliverables.

- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.

- Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.

- Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.

- Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.

- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.

- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non- conventional channels of recruitment.

- Keep the team motivated for superior results.

- Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.

- Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

- Lead final assessment and selection process.

- Emphasis on continuous improvement, as such it is expected that you will spend time to ensure on-going education of hiring managers and interviews on recruitment best practice and interview skills training.

- This role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team and manage them)

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Overall 9+ years of prior work experience.

2. Experience in team handling & independent client management is a must.

3. Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in IT Sector

4. Had managed clients independently.

5. Must have good understanding of technology.

6. Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.

7. Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.

8. Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has a passion for recruitment.

9. Need to be solution oriented.

10. Hands-on experience on Niche skill sourcing.
