Order Management: Delivery Manager profile
- Good SCM domain knowledge and proficient in Order Entry process
- Fair knowledge in Master data management operations - Creation/Modification of Customer will be an added advantage
- Ability to interact with clients & internal teams effectively & ensure smooth operations
- Should have Overall experience of 10-12 Years & minimum 4 to 5 years of Team handling
- Experience of atleast 35-40 Members (Direct/ Indirect reporting)
- Good at negotiation skills & possess excellent people & client management experience
- Should be good at decision making & have experience in dealing with complex situations & identify solutions to mitigate the challenges
- Should have excellent reporting & presentation skills
- Should have driven Process improvement projects & involved in initiatives to improve process efficiency
- Green belt certification on any improvement project during the tenure will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication & client handling skills
- Good at people management & possess good interpersonal skills
- Flexible to extend & support as per business requirement
- Should be able to coordinate effectively with team members & Leads and deliver operation requirements as agreed with client
- Understand the business needs to each request and ensure the activity is completed within the defined SLA/KPI
- Understand business priorities and manage service ticket backlog efficiently and consistently delivery according to SLA
- Sharing required reports / updates to Internal/External stakeholders
- Strong written communication through emails for the query resolution process
- Well-organized and responsible with problem-solving skills
- Quick responder with the flexibility to work in extended shifts to support business requirements
- Willingness to work in any shift
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Proficient in English (Written/Oral)
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook/MS Word/ Excel, PPT)
- Need to work from Bangalore location
