Delivery Manager - SAP Finance/Data

We have a senior opportunity for Delivery Manager-SAP Finance and Data with one of our client for Bangalore location.

Job Description:

- 15+ years of overall experience in SAP technology and consulting experience is required.

- Deep understanding of SAP data and analytics domain - Data integration, data quality, governance, analytics with products like S/4HANA, SAP BW, BPC, HANA, SAP Analytics cloud, etc

- Experience in Finance domain is required; preferably experienced with Office of CFO technologies and solutions

- Ability to lead and own large, multi-location delivery teams effectively with KPIs around quality, customer satisfaction, and financial competitiveness

- Ability to independently manage senior customer and internal stakeholders; drive executive presentations independently

- Ability to own customer projects- delivery in a factory-based industrialized fashion

- Experiences with delivering DevOps and Automation programs is a plus

- Good experiences with conducting delivery reviews, allocate resources effectively, work with resourcing team to ensure optimum allocation

- Work with senior leaders to understand trends, build internal skills, create training programs and have the ability to own pipeline management, financial forecasting, hiring plans

- Solid experience in independently driving pre-sales initiatives, RFPs, proposals responses, crafting value proposition, estimation, pricing, create customer stories and capability presentations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Eager to learn new technologies, team player, mentor for junior team members
