Job Description :

- Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfills Clients hiring needs.

- Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.

- Build a strong, dynamic and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines.

- Coordinate with the Business Development team to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.

- Impart hands-on training for recruitment team-members

- Visit the client when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement

- Prioritize work and review it with recruiters

Essential Qualities :

- Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence

- Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.

- Must possess good email etiquettes

- Thorough knowledge of accessing portals like Naukri and Monster

- Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time

- Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike

- Good team leader and team builder

- Open to traveling occasionally to clients premise
