Roles and Responsibilities :
- End to end client management for recruitment delivery.
- Work with various business teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across levels within client organisation.
- Identify and source appropriate talent while focusing on quality hiring.
- Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
- Maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Provide recruitment analytics on monthly basis to all the clients.
- Employer Branding.
We are looking for :
- A dynamic recruiting professional with 2-5 years of high performance recruiting experience.
- In-Depth understanding of various Tech and Non Tech profiles.
- Can comfortably work on various portals like Linkedin/Naukri/IIMJobs/Portals/Social hiring/Personal networks daily to recruit, as also new age job boards, ATSes, Talent portfolio sites & forums, etc.
- Can take a lot of initiatives & do not rest until the job is done
- Work well within timelines & keep a lean turn-around time in hiring.
Salary Offered: 7 - 9 LPA
