Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Delivery Manager to join our team, specializing in India IT staffing and recruitment. As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT staffing services, ensuring timely and successful placements of candidates with client organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process, mentor and lead a team of recruiters, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.

- Collaborate with clients to gather job specifications, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Work closely with the recruiting team to source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluating their suitability for client positions.

- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates, providing feedback and managing their expectations throughout the process.

- Coordinate client interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer negotiations.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Set performance goals and targets for the team, monitoring progress and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT staffing needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on recruitment activities.

- Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand client expectations, provide market insights, and contribute to client retention and growth.

Vendor Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with staffing vendors, ensuring a robust network of qualified candidates.

- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, rates, and performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

- Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance the overall delivery and quality of IT staffing services.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment tools, recommending improvements and innovations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, specifically in the India IT industry.

- Strong knowledge of the India IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and sourcing strategies.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.

- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results and meeting recruitment targets.

Note: Mandatory

- Candidate should have experience working with clients like Infosys, Deloitee, Capgemini, etc..

- Must have experience - 10+ years of experience in Domestic Staffing

- Have experience in handling 20+ team member.

- Have experience in working on C2H, Permanent hiring & Contract positions

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

CTC: Under 14L p.a (Negotiable)

Preferred: Female Candidate

Role: Candidate from Mumbai (First Preference) Hybrid Role - Need to travel office twice or thrice.

Candidate from Pan india will do and for them it will be 100% percent remote

Candidate has to share Client reference with Contact name, Contact Detail and Email id for reference if they have really worked with Infosys, Deloitee, Capgemini, etc..

We need to see the monthly, weekly & daily submission trackers along with their Quarterly Placement ratio for 2021 & 2022-23. They should share these details as well.
