Delivery Manager - Qualitative Research
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multiple time-bound projects effectively - understand client requirements, proactively communicate with clients, project staffing, manage project timelines, scope effort, ensure quality of output and deliver projects
- Lead pilot/new engagement initiatives with a dedicated team
- Liaise with internal support functions to manage client reports / internal documents
- Provide coaching and guidance to juniors
- 6-8 years of experience in supporting investment banks or private equity firms or KPOs or consulting/advisory firms
- Good knowledge of research and analysis-based work types such as Industry Overviews, Target/Buyer List
- Screening, Trading/Transaction Comparable, Company Profiles, Case Studies, Pitchbook and Idea generation decks
- Experience of working on databases and their excel plug-ins (wherever applicable) such as Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Dealogic, Thomson Eikon, FactSet, Merger Market etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in client handling and project management
- Able to work on and deliver multiple time-sensitive projects and supervise/manage teams of 10-12 Analysts/Associates/Sr.Associates.
Secondary Skills:- Advanced excel skills and should be well-versed with MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Experience in basic quantitative work types such as financial updates, share price charts, valuation approaches, operational/financial benchmarking, capital structure analysis, financial statement analysis will be a value add
