Java Delivery Manager for Leading US based Banking Firm

- We are looking for technology manager with 13 + yrs of experience who can manages a larger technology unit or a number of smaller, specialized work units

- Works on complex problems with advanced systems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors.

- Frequently interacts with Stakeholders and functional peer group managers, and interacts with senior management.

- Typically has senior technology leads, and junior team members as direct reports. Develops and administers budget.

- 13+ years related-technology and/or related-business line experience that includes 4+ years management and/or leadership experience.

Skill Required :

- Experience in leading large-scale web application development projects which are database intensive.

- Ability to contribute to application design & architecture

- Proven ability in managing multiple Projects in offshore/onshore model

- Complete Talent Management with skills to select, coach, develop, mentor,performance manage and reward employees

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively

- Exposure to Development and production support lifecycle of enterprise Web-based Java applications

- Strong implementation skills; highly organized and self-driven; takes initiative

- Works well in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

Exp working in consumer banking or BFSI domain preferred
