Glad to share that upGrad Rekrut India, is looking out to hire Delivery Manager-IT staffing with 8-14 yrs of exp, into IT staffing, Client Management, people management preferably from Staffing / Recruitment Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Customer Relationship building, Key Account Management and mining of existing customers- IT Clients.

- Responsible for farming business development involving prospect development, understanding of customer business and technology scenario along with creating potential needs.

- Identifying & creating opportunities, solution offerings and presentation of business case to the client, submission of techno-commercial proposal.

- Responsible for Delivery and team management.
