As we expand our operations into Europe, with a new office in the Netherlands, we are also strengthening our offshore capabilities from our office in Yelahanka, Bangalore.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to join our Yelahanka office.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong network of existing client contacts within the IT staffing industry and will be instrumental in expanding our staffing operations.
- Your primary focus will be on client acquisition, account management, and delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing client relationships to bring new business to Trijit Limited.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT recruitment space.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Delivery Management: Oversee the recruitment delivery process to ensure that client requirements are met on time and with the highest quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage resource allocation and project timelines.
- Business Development: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to identify growth opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client engagements.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to our strategy for expanding operations into Europe, specifically in the Netherlands, by understanding market trends and client needs.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on client acquisition, account status, and delivery metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on client acquisition and delivery management.
- Network: Proven track record of managing and leveraging existing client relationships in the IT staffing industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Location: Preferably able to work from our Yelahanka, Bangalore office.
