Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure

Job Description:

The candidate applying for this position should have 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations/Datacenter Operations & Management, project management and customer leadership.

Should have strong Business Orientation and have experience in various finance models, budgeting, forecasting etc. Experienced in transitioning multiple projects (small to medium), setup single handedly (if need be) and lead to a steady state. The candidate must be well experienced overall SLA management and have an in-depth understanding of financial markets domain/business reality. Must be inclined towards networking and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Must have experience in leading projects with teams located in multiple regions. Must be flexible, open to change and adapt quickly. Must be ready to travel periodically.

Professional Experience:

- Strong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making attribute

- Demonstrated success in managing a delivery / run organization for a leading IT client

- Expertise in Defining Process and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery Organization; exposure to ITIL Best Practices is necessary

- Stakeholder management

- Technology appreciation in the areas of :

- OS - Windows, Unix

- Database - Sybase, Oracle, SQL Or

- Management Tools: HP, BMC Or

- Networks - LAN, WAN
