Delivery Manager - IT

- Lead and functionally manage the Customer facing Resourcing / Delivery Teams

- Act as a catalyst between Business Development and delivery teams.

- Take accountability and responsibility for the - Onsite headcount-, billing, Revenue-Delta Margin and Unit P&L

- Direct the efforts of a) Sourcing & Delivery b) Business Development c) Account Management d) teams to achieve - Numbers- objective

- Continuous Client Engagement a) Proactive (Independent) as well as b) Need-based (Along with Account owner)

- Functionally drive the business and delivery resources to achieve set-out - Periodic (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) targets to reach the - Numbers- objective
