1. Ability to Handle Multiple Delivery and Implementation project

2.Excellent record in SDLC and CMMI 5.0 process(can be CMM 3 also )

3. Able to handle multiple client and stakeholder

4. Ability to manager KPI and Profit and loss of projects( mainly ability to do projects within time line and budgeted man months i.e efficient delivery of sw deve projects

5.Ability to handle team of 50+ team

6. Excellent communication and conflict management skill

7. Past exp. handling complex web application and enterprise grade application

8.Good understanding of J2EE stack technology

9. Exp. Working on open source platform

10. Work with internal QA , HR Sales and Pre Sales Team(anyone with 20 years experience in multiple project deliveries will have this)

11. age not more than 45..working for medium size co..preferably govt sector but not a must..
