Delivery Manager

Job Description :

- Demonstrated excellence in delivery management, project management, or program management

- Experience working with the Big 4 Advisory or Global SI partners

- Experience in managing partner primed technology implementation projects

- Hands-on experience in managing projects with teams of over 10 people

- Strong enterprise business application design and development experience with global fortune 500 companies across industries and domains

- Provide project governance (project plans, meeting minutes, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc) for on-going projects

- Expert in developing project plans and then driving these projects within budget, on schedule and with high quality

- Proficiency in tracking and monitoring project deliverables, and creating weekly reports for senior management

- Interact with partners, customers, product management and solutions & services organization.

- Work closely the Sr Technical Manager to manage a team of technical resources

- Manages the resource planning and delivery of the partner led implementation and configuration/development activities

- Responsible for operational/administration functions contracts (SOWs, CRs, WOs, etc) milestones, invoices, billings, etc

- Experienced in identifying, tracking and mitigating project risks

- Expert in managing customer and partner expectations

- Able to work collaboratively with different groups outside of Global Services to ensure customer success
