Delivery Manager
Responsibilities :
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that teams have clarity and visibility on priorities
- Drive resource allocation to balance delivery bandwidth across changing business priorities
- Create and implement frameworks for the delivery teams to self-organize
- Exhibit genuine passion to define and celebrate success for the team and team members
- Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members
- Be genuinely passionate in motivating the delivery team to go above and beyond
- Be a strong advocate of technical excellence and constantly drive teams towards it
- Actively participate in architecture discussions, road-mapping, planning, and execution
- Drive cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews across teams
- Maintain and foster our strong organizational culture with a strong emphasis on diversity in hiring, performance management and organizational policies
- Contribute to development tasks where possible to assist teams with release commitments as well as stay updated on the deeply technical product platform
Skills and Qualifications :
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience at least 2 years of delivery management.
- The candidate should have a proven track-record of consistent project delivery, and designing and developing complex, interactive software products or applications.
- Should have vast experience in agile development practices and architectural knowledge of web-based and backend technologies.
- Exceptionally good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidate should be outstanding in leadership skills, having an ability to move a cross functional group in a unified direction and with a common vision.
