Delivery Manager - Infrastructure Cloud Automation

We have a leadership opportunity for Delivery Manager(Infrastructure Cloud Automation) with one of our client for Mumbai/Bangalore.

Job Description : 

- Responsible for automation delivery execution and governance

- Responsible for ensuring process governance and facilitating development of requested automation

- Automation experience at server technologies like Wintel &Unix

- Ability to conduct checks and highlight risks and challenge status quo of the overall automation program

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

- Coordinate with Delivery leads across geographies

- Lead and guide automation developers & team leaders

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

- Assume responsibility for the program's people and stakeholders

- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

- Creating reports for delivery and geography stakeholders of automation program

Primary Skills Required : 

- 12+ years of experience

- 3+ years of experience as Program manager managing delivery of multiple projects or big (50 + FTE) accounts

- Prior work experience in Automation & hands on experience & knowledge on automation tools ( HPOO, Ansible, etc ) highly desired

- Project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) certification would preferred (If internal, EM2 certification would be preferred)

- Excellent Technical knowledge on Server support ( Windows, AD, Citrix, VmWare, Linux, Solarix, Unix )

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and management principles

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
