About the client:

Our client is a leading Banking Product organization with offices across the globe.

Responsibilities:

The role will be the primary point of contact with senior stakeholders from the client's side and the organization's side and would be expected to Project / Program Manage deliverables for Banking Projects.

The incumbent would play the role of an end-to-end Delivery Manager: Strategy, Design, Development and Testing - with responsibility to deliver the solutions and integration that the clients need.

- The role is expected to manage delivery of key engagements, on time, on budget and to a high standard.

- Lead on-shore, near-shore and off-shore agile teams, consisting of project managers, business analysts, front-end javascript and HTML5 developers, mobility developers, back-end java engineers, and solution architects

- Run multiple parallel projects

- Plan, estimate and document delivery work

- Manage all stakeholders' expectations

- Coordinate third parties such as creative agencies and back-end API providers

- Program / project management

- Senior stakeholder management

- Budget control

- Proposal preparation

- Work with account management to ensure a clear and smooth transition after project delivery and implementation

- Drive business growth and new opportunities

Key expectations:

- 10-18 yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Technology,

- Understanding of Project Profitability,

- Excellent Stake-holder management skills mandatory,

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- Experience of working with a Banking Product firm is non-negotiable,

- Any experience of Multi-platform delivery experience in digital banking or retail/consumer banking would be a distinct advantage,

- Must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

- Open for travel on demand as deemed necessary for the project delivery

- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects/engagements

- Working experience of successfully delivery in a cross functional environment

- High level understanding of Java enterprise application architectures

- Hands on in problem identification and issue resolution

- Excellent people skills,

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action,

- Ability to come up with solutions that would reduce cycle-times drastically.
