Delivery Manager - BFSI/Capital Markets

Job Summary

1. Delivery Manager responsible for managing multiple projects across one or multiple functional domains.

2. Responsible for managing revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, retention, quality delivered for a team of 50-100+ consultants.

3. Depending on the opportunity might be required to seed one or more accounts and grow them to large engagements.

Work Experience

- Program Management for single or multiple clients for at least 1+ yrs .

- Must have managed teams of at least 30+ consultants in prior roles.

- Must have worked for at least 3-5 years in Banking or Investment Banking domains.

- Will prefer someone in client facing roles of onsite Project Manager or Engagement Manager for at least 1 year.

- Must come from IT services background (not product companies).

- Must be well versed with optimizing programs, improving profitability & retention.

- Should have sound understanding of CMM/CMMi or Six Sigma processes

Must come from strong delivery background. Must have been in development roles / development manager in the past. PMP preferred

Education

- BE/B Tech/M tech/MS from a IIT/ NIT , MBA from IIM/ Symbiosis / XLRI
