Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee project management and execution of projects under their accounts. Ensure projects in their accounts are completed within time frame and budget.
- Lead development team in requirement analysis, features scoping and backlog scheduling for multiple intermediate milestones until the final delivery. Lead development team in accurately projecting efforts, resource requirements, risks, constraints in project management related activities.
- You are responsible for analysing resource requirements, recruitment and succession planning for your team. You are required to address client escalations and resolve them.
- You are responsible for ensuring proper project setups. Actively participate in pre-sales (proposal making), customer interface, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Periodically monitor and analyse all project related data at account level and ensure process compliance. Ensure repeat business from their accounts.
