Insurance delivery leader, Hyderabad
Role Summary - Minimum 15+ years of overall work experience
- Experience of managing P&L and delivery of global insurance clients
- Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given customer engagements.
- Has good Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Have experience in setting up Insurance COE and Competencies
- Technically sophisticated and business savvy management professional with proven program and project management skills, proficient in managing widely diverse projects within agreed cost and time lines
- Experience in managing multi-vendor environment engagements
- Exposure to Agile Methodology
- Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions.
- Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving abilities
- Experience on managing large teams and integrating teams across locations if necessary
- Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship, Engineering management, managing budgets, resource management, leadership identification and grooming
